We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For hygiene safety standards, we are unable to accept returns of earrings, unless faulty.

We accept returns and refunds/exchanges on items which are faulty or if we’ve sent you an incorrect item. We require a digital photo of the product by email. Please read all descriptions and sizing information carefully as we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or sizing issues.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not New Zealand, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed after we have received the faulty or incorrect item, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
